For Cinco de Mayo this year, we provided our customers with an authentic Mexican dish to honor the true origin of this holiday. May 5th is NOT Mexico's Independence Day, contrary to popular belief, but instead is the day that Mexico was victorious against the French in the Battle of Puebla in 1862. This was a way for us to tip our hats to Puebla and celebrate an unlikely victory that was won with grit and fearlessness. This was a special item ONLY served on Cinco de Mayo! We partnered up with the Hillsboro Hops as a featured vendor at the Tacos & Tequila night on Thursday, April 18! We had a blast and loved being part of a local community event!

On Saturdays last summer La Pachanga hosted some corn hole -- and to keep our customers cool during the heat of the game, we provided our house special Micheladas! A secret recipe with the perfect blend of sweet and spicy ingredients, mixed with Modelo beer... it was a great success!

In 2021, La Pachanga partnered with the Portland Trail Blazers!
In honor of Viva Rip City! and Hispanic Heritage Month, we were able to have Blaze and a couple members of the Trail Blazer marketing team come out to La Pachanga! There was free Blazer swag, free food (thanks Blazers!), and a raffle for a pair of tickets to a Blazer game!
